For serious? Remember how Justin Bieber and Ellen DeGeneres auctioned off a lock of his lesbian hair. Well, now that lock of hair is going on tour. Yup. Mhm. Apparently, you can take a photo with said lock of hair. Really? Are people that freaking insane to want to take a picture with someone’s hair? The only good thing to come out of this insane hair thing is that all the money raised is going to help Japan. There will be a fee to take a photo of course so all of that money will go towards the Japan relief. So I guess after hearing that I’m a little less annoyed/freaked out by the concept. It’s still weird, but I guess as long as something good comes out of it, I can look the other way.

Epic Fail Blog Friday

This is your warning. If you haven't heard of Rebecca Black yet, listen up and then plug your ears. She apparently is the new up and coming female Justin Bieber, but at least Bieber can carry a tune. This girl is awful. Her song has been stuck in my head because it has the same words over and over and I want to scream! She doesn't sing, she talks to an annoying tune. I think she was on Ellen's show the other day and she's just as bad in person. I just...how do these people get record deals? Here is her song. Fail Blog Friday

Kind of gross. So, I posted that Justin Bieber cut his hair. Well, he went on the Ellen DeGeneres show with a lock of his hair and told her to auction it off for the Gentle Barn charity, which is an animal rescue foundation. He even signed the case he put his hair in. That tiny bit of hair with his signature sold for $40,668 on eBay. I’m happy that the money is going to charity, but holy shit. Part of me wonders if the person who bought the hair is just an animal lover who wanted to send money to the rescue foundation and will just either resell or throw away the Bieber Fever locks. I’m kind of hoping for that actually. No one knows who won yet because the screen name for the eBay winner is "a***0." This person also gets to meet Justin the next time he goes on the Ellen show. I guess we shall see what happens. I’m getting my hair cut tomorrow; maybe I should go on Ellen….

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. Sorry for my lack of post yesterday, but it was my day off and I was trying to refrain from computer usage. I know the world is pretty much ending right now with killer earthquakes and people threatening to set fire to the oil supply of the world, but I think the most important piece of news right now is Justin Bieber's new haircut. I'm completely joking, but I will talk about it anyway. This kid went to the barber shop to get his hair cut and he took pictures during the ENTIRE thing. First of all, I'm not sure why his haircut became so famous because it has been the style for some time now and number two his new haircut makes him look even more like a girl. The jokes are on! So maybe I was a little harsh on Justin Bieber yesterday. I said that it might be good that he was speaking out against teen bullying because his audience is full of teens who may be bullies and he could stop them. But I also said that he was being ridiculous for thinking that he was one of the bullied kids. I guess as long as he speaks out about the issue to his younger audience than he can think whatever he wants. As long as someone with his fame speaks out about it I'm ok.

I hope everyone is wearing purple today in support of anti-bullying. Is that an oxymoron? Anyway, if you're not wearing purple go home and change right now! I have a purple shirt and socks on.

Since, we're in October we should be thinking about another color: pink. This month is breast cancer awareness month as I'm sure the majority of you know. It's been all over the NFL and the news. It's awesome to see how many people support breast cancer awareness. I was kind of shocked to see that the NFL was doing something. They usually don't care about anyone other than themselves.

In case you're not a football person, the NFL has breast cancer awareness merchandise plus they're doing a thing called "A Crucial Catch: Annual Screening Saves Lives," which stresses the importance of getting annual mammograms. I'm super impressed. Go NFL!

That brings me to my next point. NPR was talking about mammograms last week and if women should be getting them younger than 50. My answer is yes. For some reason, this caused a huge debate. Some people think it’s ludicrous to have women get a mammogram earlier than 50 as if women only get breast cancer from the age of 50 on. People feel the age decrease won’t make a difference in statistics and others say the mammogram isn’t a good tool. I'm really surprised by that. I thought the mammogram was supposed to be a great tool. I've seen scans from it and it looks pretty amazing to me.... So, we're relying on a tool that doesn't seem to be doing it's job. I guess that's why they hand out those self exam pamphlets.

If there’s a family history, I think women should have mammograms as early as 25. If there’s no family history, women should get them as early as 30 or maybe even earlier. Breast cancer can happen at any age. It baffles me that people are putting an age limit on these tests. Even if mammograms aren’t an option because of the amount of radiation it sends through the body or inaccuracy than an ultra sound or other tests should be done.

So ladies, check those boobs as much as possible!

Laser Tag Gets Rough

So Justin Bieber got pushed around during a game of laser tag and was called a fag and is now supporting the movement to try to stop bullying against homosexual teens? Are you fucking kidding me? When I heard that I wanted to puke. He thinks he's one of those teens and is now speaking out. Um, number one you're not one of those teens at all because as far as we know you're not gay and kids are brutal during laser tag no matter who you are or what you look like and number two you're really a women under all that hair anyway. I guess Bieber is going to address the issue at his next concert. Come on people. Gay teens being bullied is a real thing! I feel like Bieber is almost poking fun at it no matter how serious he thinks he is. I guess on one hand, his audience consists of teens and maybe if he speaks about it, the teens will listen. I just hope he takes this seriously. I mean, you were freaking pushed during a laser tag game. No one got hurt or committed suicide. I just think this is so ridiculous. Correct me if I'm wrong here.

You have got to be kidding me. Justin Bieber is going to be starring in a movie about…well…him. It’s going to be like 8 Mile, but with less gang activity, sex, and drugs. It’s going to follow him from Canada where he was a little boy to the US, where he’s still a little boy. It’s kind of scary how popular he is. Makes me want to gag and then toss my hair. Have a Justin Bieber free weekend everyone!

Bieber Fever Is So Gay

This is hilarious and I had to share. I read an article the other day where the writer expressed sadness because Justin Bieber is seen in the ocean without a shirt and therefore all speculation about Bieber being a cute lesbian is expelled. The writer links to a website that caused me to totally lose my shit. I hope you will too. It’s called Lesbians Who Look Like Justin Bieber. There’s a new picture uploaded everyday of some chick with the same hair cut and style/look as Bieber. I want that haircut! You can even buy shirts that say “I’m not Justin Bieber.” Sigh. I love American youth.
