Yes, I did it. I saw the movie Valentine’s Day on Valentine’s Day. Sappy I know, but what can I say. It was meant to be seen on that day. Before going to the movie I saw a butt load of previews and it looked cute, but then I read a blog that I read daily and the writer described how dumb the movie looks and this and that. I have to say that I thought the movie was cute. In the end, everyone gets someone to love in one way or another. Of course along the way there is heart break and loneliness, but in the end it all ends up just fine. We all expected that didn’t we. That’s usually the way life ends up too.

Every actor in the world was in this freaking movie. Even Taylor Swift was in the movie and let me tell you, she should stick to her day job of not singing very well because she’s not the greatest actress either. She played a ditsy blonde and she played it up waaaaaay too much. Patrick Dempsey was in the movie and honestly could have been played by anyone. He had a very small part.

Ashton Kutcher was pretty much the main character. He was the one most attached to the various plot lines in the movie. Each story was connected by a person or an event and Ashton Kutcher was the most present. There were a million others in the cast as well like Jessica Alba, Kathy Bates, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Hector Elizondo, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Anne Hathaway, Topher Grace, Queen Latifah, Taylor Lautner, and the list goes on and on and on. I guess the producers figured if no one was going to see the movie for its plot line, they would at least see it for their favorite actor. Heart warming and sappy aside, it’s a movie to at least rent if you don’t want to fork over the $10. A feel good movie in the end for sure. I hope everyone had a good Valentine’s Day!
