Create Me Mine

A little bit of amazing has dropped into our lives. Actually a little bit of amazing dropped into our lives a bit ago when we all discovered Moleskine notebooks, but recently Moleskine has introduced a new line of journals called Passions. These things are freaking sweet! Ok so basically there are 6 new journals in this series. Each one has a fully embossed cover, which is new to the world of Moleskine if you’re familiar. Each one of these books is dedicated to something we all love, hence the title Passions. Here is the description from the website:

Recipe, Wine, Book, Film, Music, Wellness: 6 journals to collect and organize information, comments, memories, clippings and reviews concerning your very own Passions. Each journal comes with a fully embossed cover, bearing a texture of themed illustrations.

Each one is laid out like a “make your own” journal. The recipe journal has pages that you can fill out with your favorite recipes and pictures. If you love books, the book journal allows you to fill out pages with information from your favorite books, such as your favorite quotes, genre, etc. Same goes for the rest. Fill out pages with your favorite wine or movies. I have always wanted to make my own cookbook with the dishes that I love. I fell in love with the recipe journal. The wellness journal is a little different in that you fill out your exercise program, but you get the picture. Pretty freaking sweet huh? What’s even better is that Amazon is selling them for at least $6 cheaper. We love Amazon for that don’t we? I know I do. I do kind of wish they made a travel passions journal though. I even wrote to them and asked them if that was on the agenda, but they just sent me a generic response in return.

Wait, it gets better. If you don’t want to spend the money on the journal, the Moleskine website has made it so that you can download the pages of each book in PDF form and make your own. In this section you can also create your own typed pages that fit into your Moleskine as well as various folders and pockets. It’s all a “create your own” section. Sigh. I spent hours on this site. Now you will too. 
