The remake of Fame is about to hit theatres so I decided that it was time to re-watch the original. I vaguely recalled it sucking and it kind of did. The movie is entertaining, but the filming and what not seems almost amateur. Yeah, it was made before crazy camera cutting and lights were included for those of us with an attention span of 5 seconds, but I think it could have had a little bit more pizzazz. There were lots of boobs, which I don’t recall there being. I recall one scene with boobs, but this was way more than one scene. All but that one scene are very unnecessary.
I am looking forward to seeing the remake of a movie for once. I think the remake is going to be better. I hope I am not disappointed. See for yourself.
